SEROJA Apps is an application used by pensioners and active employees of Bank Indonesia to submit assistance requests and view historical data of each application user. Application users can access the call center and send messages through the application in order to get faster service. in addition there is a feature to find the location of providers and work partners for retirees access to be able to see a list of providers and working partners who work closely with YKKBI to provide services to Bank Indonesia retirees.
